Country superstar Garth Brooks played before a packed house in Calgary on July 12th as part of the Calgary Stampede's 100th anniversary celebrations. Brooks, who'd been semi-retired for the past 10 years, said he would like to continue to hit the road more often eventually. Brooks retired from recording and touring in 2000 to raise his three young daughters.
