Police called it the worst mass shooting in Toronto's history. A quiet and tame children's party in a Toronto neighborhood on July 16th quickly turned into chaos after gunfire broke out. Two people were killed and more than 20 were taken to hospital. Bruce Strachan, who lived in the area his whole life, said he no longer considered it safe for his family.
