Lincoln Alexander, Canada's first black MP and former Ontario lieutenant governor, died October 19th at the age of 90. Current Lieutenant-Governor David Onley paid tribute to Alexander, saying all the vice-regal representatives knew they'd be upstaged whenever "Linc' attended an event.
