Three Canadian employees of Calgary-based Kenn Borek Air were killed when their Twin Otter slammed into a steep slope near the summit of Mount Elizabeth in Antarctica on January 23rd. Canadian Press reporter Bill Marshall said rescue crews were delayed a few days by bad weather but were later unable to safely access the front of the aircraft to reach the victims.
