Canadian actor William Shatner, who played Captain James T. Kirk in the original "Star Trek" series, chatted with Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield, who was on a five-month mission aboard the International Space Station. They exchanged a few jokes about the importance of knowing your job inside and out -- whether it was learning your lines or operating the controls of a space capsule. (Shatner and Hadfield had a brief exchange on Twitter in January, which prompted the Canadian Space Agency to set up the phone call.)
