Two Canadian-born suspects were arrested in Abbotsford in connection with an alleged plot to blow up the BC legislature on Canada Day. Assistant Commissioner Wayne Rideout said the charges involved a "domestic threat" with no links to international organizations. Charges against John Stewart Nuttall and Amanda Marie Korody included knowingly facilitating a terrorist activity and making or possessing an explosive device.
