Two young brothers were killed by an African rock python while at a sleepover at a friend's apartment above an exotic pet store in Campbellton, New Brunswick. The boys were aged five and seven. Snake experts called the killings an extremely rare event. Matt Korhonen (core-HONE'-in) of Little Ray's Reptile Zoo in Ottawa compared it to getting struck by lightning twice in one day.
