Armored car guard Travis Baumgartner, who killed three co-workers and severely injured a fourth, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder and a charge of attempted murder in a plea bargain on September 9th. Two days later he was sentenced to life in prison with no parole for at least 40 years. Joseph Rejano, brother of murdered guard Eddie Rejano, reacted to the sentence outside court. (Baumgartner's sentence was the first based on a 2011 federal law that allowed for consecutive parole terms in cases involving multiple murders.)
