Jon Cornish of the Calgary Stampeders set a CFL record for rushing yards by a Canadian running back in a 40-26 win over BC on October 11th. Cornish's 130-yard effort gave him 1,545 on the season, breaking his previous mark of 1,457 yards. In an interview on October 5th, Cornish said he's not concerned with personal statistics.
