A heavily armed gunman shot three Mounties dead and injured two others in Moncton, New Brunswick. Twenty-four-year old Justin Bourque was apprehended nearly 30 hours later after a city-wide manhunt that left the city at a virtual standstill. Roger Brown -- the Commanding Officer of New Brunswick RCMP -- said the force was reeling from the attack.
