A special prosecutor approved polygamy charges against Winston Blackmore and James Oler, leaders of an isolated religious sect in Bountiful, B.C. Oler was also charged with unlawfully removing a child from Canada for sexual purposes. It was the latest step in a series of investigations and failed attempts at prosecutions dating back to the early 1990s. Canadian Press reporter Terri Theodore had this report.
