Olympic medallist Clara Hughes rode her bike 11-thousand kilometres with stops in over 100 Canadian communities last year to talk about ending the stigma around depression and mental illness. The documentary "Claras Big Ride" airs tomorrow on CTV television and can also be viewed on CTVs website. Hughes hopes the documentary keeps the conversation about mental illness going.<
