Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall says federal infrastructure spending was the priority at the premiers winter meeting in Ottawa. Wall says British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan want Ottawa to spend more on highways and ports. Wall and Jim Prentice of Alberta skipped the meeting, although Wall dialed in. He says attending by teleconference was more affordable. (Wall says he plans to attend the summer meeting in person as it sets the agenda for the rest of the year.)
