A school bus driver is dead and 14 students were injured after a school bus crashed into a transport truck in northwestern Alberta this morning just before sunrise. RCMP Corporal Carol McKinley says it appears the bus crossed the centre line of a highway north of Grimshaw. (The injuries suffered by the students range from minor to serious, including broken bones. One student and the driver of the truck were flown to an Edmonton hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. Weather at the time included snow and sleet.)
