The Crown is reviewing charges against a man accused of possessing dangerous chemicals in Halifax. A prosecutor said today outside provincial court that she is looking at whether there is a realistic prospect of conviction against Christopher Burton Phillips. Defence lawyer Mike Taylor says the negative publicity about his client has made it hard for him to seek bail because he can't find a place to stay. (Phillips was in court today for a brief appearance and was remanded into custody.)
