Several people are recovering in hospital from what's are believed to be non-life threatening injuries after a bus carrying 55 people slid off the Trans-Canada Highway near Grand Falls-Windsor in central Newfoundland. Provincial Health Minister Steve Kent explains what happened with the passengers on the bus, many of whom were children returning from a figure skating event. (Grand Falls-Windsor Fire Chief Vince MacKenzie says heavy snowfall had turned to rain last night, and the highway was "treacherous.")
