The reports link Ian Bush to the deaths of retired tax court judge, his wife and their neighbour in 2007. Lawyer Geraldine Castle-Trudel says this turns the case into a witch hunt and a media circus, and she want to know why it occurred. (Castle-Trudel says Bush is at the Royal Ottawa Hospital undergoing a psychiatric assessment and she's heard nothing about additional charges.)
