The case against Richard Henry Bain, the man accused in the 2012 Parti Quebecois election night shooting death of a lightning technician, has been postponed again. Bain continues to have trouble finding a lawyer. Montreal attorney Alan Guttman says he's agreed to take on the case -- but wants to ensure he gets paid. (The judge hearing the case has also granted a postponement to allow a psychiatric assessment to be completed, and it's now scheduled to return before the court on March 31st.)
