The head of Emera in Newfoundland and Labrador says the 1.6 billion-dollar-Maritime Link that's part of the Muskrat Falls hydro project is on time and on budget. President Rick Janega (jan-EH'-gah) says the subsea link is on schedule to bring power to Nova Scotia in October of 2017. (Janega says the Maritime Link employs 300 people and will create up to 600 jobs at peak construction.)
