Looking to break out of winter's icy clutches? The Weather Network has some bad news -- you're stuck there for awhile longer. Chief Meteorologist Chris Scott says it's been a particularly harsh winter from Alberta through Newfoundland and Labrador. He says the forecast suggests that won't be changing any time soon. (Scott says only British Columbia is expected to enjoy balmier than normal temperatures in the next few weeks.)
