Canadians will lose an hour of sleep this weekend with the start of daylight time. But there are ways to help prepare for the change. Dr. Reshma Amin (RAY'-shma AH'-min) from Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children says people should gradually shift their bedtimes to help them adjust. (Dr. Amin says people who are sleep-deprived tend to be more affected by the time change than those with regular sleep schedules.)
