A trial date is expected to be set May 29th for a Calgary man charged in the stabbing deaths of five young people last year. A judge ruled that there is enough evidence to proceed to a trial against Matthew de Grood, who faces five counts of first degree murder. Defence lawyer Allan Fay says it's early but a not criminally responsible defence may be possible. (De Grood has been receiving psychiatric treatment since his arrest.)
