The Vancouver Island Amateur Hockey Association says misbehaving parents will have to abide by new rules next season or have their kids booted from teams. That's inspiring officials at other associations across Canada, who say it's time to get tough on parents who yell and swear at coaches, referees and kids. Vancouver Island association president Jim Humphrey says a new code of conduct is coming for parents who ruin games for everybody. (Police in West Vancouver say they'll be recommending an assault charge against a father who allegedly grabbed another parent during a game.)
