Newfoundland MP Scott Andrews says he will cease any attempts to rejoin the federal Liberal caucus. Andrews called a news conference today to respond to reports he will be expelled from the Liberal caucus over allegations of sexual misconduct. He says it would be difficult to rejoin caucus after all that's happened and he will sit as an Independent for now. (Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau is expected to announce today that both Andrews and Montreal MP Massimo Pacetti will be booted from the party's caucus over the allegations. Both Pacetti and Andrews have maintained they did nothing wrong.)
