A Toronto jury has found two men accused of planning to attack a Via Rail passenger train travelling from New York to Toronto guilty of eight of nine terror-related charges. Raed Jaser and Chiheb Esseghaier will be sentenced on April 10th. Esseghaier didn't participate in the trial and Jasser's lawyer, John Norris, says it was a concern for the defence. (The jury deliberated for 10 days before returning the verdict today.)
