Another trial is looming in the 1984 killing of a Winnipeg teenager. Candace Derksen was tied up and left to freeze to death in a shed. Mark Grant was convicted of second-degree murder, but a higher court overturned the conviction and Manitoba prosecutors have now decided to launch a new trial. Grant's lawyer, Saul Simmonds, says he's disappointed, adding there are more questions about evidence in the case. (No date has been set for the new trial.)
