The chief investigator with Canada's aviation watchdog says he isn't worried about flying on Canadian flights. Mark Clitsome's remarks come after word that one of the pilots of the doomed Germanwings flight deliberately crashed the Airbus jet carrying 149 other people. Clitsome says that type of crash is extremely unusual. (The federal government has issued an immediate directive requiring all airlines in Canada to implement policies requiring that two crew members always be present in the cockpit.)
