A judge has dismissed the last of three lawsuits alleging sexual abuse by former Vancouver Olympics CEO John Furlong. The man from northern B-C who sued Furlong based on allegations dating back 45 years did not show up for the trial. Furlong's lawyer Bill Smart says the man has a history of dishonesty and 53 criminal convictions in his past. (The judge has also awarded special costs to Furlong, along the amount has yet to be decided.)
