A Miami lawyer says the teenage son of a Canadian diplomat accused of being an accessory to murder plans to plead not guilty if formal charges are laid against him. Fifteen-year-old Marc Wabafiyebazu (WAH'-bah-fee-ay-bah-zoo) was arrested following an incident Monday in which his 17-year-old brother and another teen were killed in what authorities say was an apparent drug deal gone wrong. Lawyer Curt Obront offered condolences to the families of the victims. (The Wabafiyebazu brothers had only recently moved to Florida to be with their mother, Roxanne Dube, an experienced diplomat who became Canada's consul general in Miami six weeks ago.)
