A Miami lawyer says the teenage son of a Canadian diplomat accused of being an accessory to murder plans to plead not guilty if formal charges are laid against him. Fifteen-year-old Marc Wabafiyebazu (WAH'-bah-fee-ay-bah-zoo) was arrested. It followed an incident Monday in which his 17-year-old brother was killed in what authorities say was an apparent drug deal gone wrong. Lawyer Curt Obront says his client hasn't been in trouble with the law before. (Florida state authorities say Wabafiyebazu -- who remains in youth custody -- has yet to be formally charged.)
