There's been some verbal sparring between politicians over the bunker fuel spill in Vancouver's English Bay. B-C Premier Christy Clark and Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson have both accused the Coast Guard of responding too slowly to the spill. But federal Industry Minister James Moore says those being negative about the clean up effort don't know all the facts. (Moore says he's impressed that 80 per cent of the spill that leaked from a grain carrier starting on Wednesday has now been cleaned up.)
