Clean-up crews are spending another day going over the shoreline in Vancouver's English Bay, looking for remts of the oil that spilled from a cargo ship last week. Assistant Commissioner Roger Girouard says parts the shoreline appear to be clear of oil while other areas weren't so lucky. He says the effect on seabirds in the bay doesn't appear to be serious. (About 27-hundred litres spilled from the vessel starting last Wednesday. Girouard says all the oil that can be recovered has been and he estimates there is only about half a litre of oil on the water of the bay.)
