The last two Ontario Progressive Conservative leadership hopefuls have told members why they should be the next leader in a final debate held in Tecumseh, near Windsor. Patrick Brown, the Barrie MP, says the Tories lost four consecutive elections because the party establishment that's backing Christine Elliott came up with terrible campaign policies like cutting 100-thousand public sector jobs. (P-C members across Ontario will vote May 3rd and 7th for a new leader, with the winner to be announced May 9th.)
