Tension continues to bubble up after last week's toxic fuel spill in B-C's English Bay. The spill dumped about 27-hundred litres of bunker fuel into the water, of which the Coast Guard says 90 per cent has now been contained. Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson says he has serious concerns about the speed of the Coast Guard's response, especially since tanker traffic is expected to increase. (City manager Penny Ballem has delivered a report that says the city must work with the Coast Guard to prepare for possible larger spills in the future.)
