Preview Clip

A Mountie has testified he was shot several times while trying to protect his partner from a naked man with a gun. Constable Sheldon Shah and another officer were shot and wounded in 2012 while executing a search warrant at a farm near Killam, southeast of Edmonton. Canadian Press reporter Chris Purdy says Shah told the court about his run in with the shooter, Bradford Clarke, the uncle of Sawyer Robison (SOY'-yuhr ROH'-bih-son). (Robison has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, assault causing bodily harm and weapons-related offences. Shah told court he lives with pain every day as a result of his injuries, which included losing a testicle.)
