The Nova Scotia government introduced legislation today banning the sale of flavoured tobacco in the province. The ban would come into effect May 31st and include menthol and flavoured rolling papers, but not e-cigarettes or the e-juice to fill them. Kelly Cull of the Nova Scotia chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society, says she welcomes the bill. (Health Minister Leo Glavine says the province will leave further regulation of e-cigarettes and their juices to the federal government.)
