A deal has been reached on the structure of a Nova Scotia film tax credit that has been at the centre of a dispute since it was changed in this month's budget. Scott Simpson of Screen Nova Scotia says a proposed budget cut to the 24 million dollar tax credit will go ahead, but the structure of the incentive will change. finance Minister Diana Whalen says she believes the change is good for both sides. (Whalen says the industry will still have access to the same pool of money proposed in the budget.)
