Winnipeg police have accused a man of murder in the deaths of three men who lived on the streets. Superintendent Danny Smyth (SMYTHE) says John Paul Ostamas (oh-STAH'-mahs) faces two charges of first-degree murder, including the death of Donald Collins. (Police say Ostamas is also charged with first-degree murder in the death of Stony Bushie on the weekend and a third man earlier this month. He has yet to appear in court on the charges.)
