Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger has shuffled his cabinet, and five people are conspicuously absent. None of the five former ministers who challenged Selinger's leadership last fall are back in cabinet. Theresa Oswald, who ran against Selinger and almost toppled him, says she was offered a pot. But she says she turned it down because she is still deciding whether to run for re-election next year. (The shuffle sees two backbenchers elevated to cabinet Tom Nevakshonoff (neh-VAKK'-shuh-noff) and Mohinder Saran. Also back in cabinet is Steve Ashton, who was not part of the caucus revolt but ran for the leadership against Selinger and finished third.)
