B-C's appeal court has ruled the province did not violate teachers' charter rights when it stripped them of their right to bargain class size and composition. B-C Teachers' Federation president Jim Iker says the ruling swings the power too far against workers. He says the union will seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. (Iker says teachers want smaller classes to allow more one-on-one time with students.)
