Manitoba's plan for a massive hydro transmission line is facing opposition from some aboriginal communities. The Opaskwayak (oh-PASS'-kwee-ack) Cree Nation says the provincial Crown corporation has not come forward with plans to ensure First Nations gets a share of contract work on the project.
