Major Marcus Brauer says the Treasury Board reviewed his housing claims for a second time and found the market in Alberta was not depressed at the time. (Brauer says he lost 88-thousand dollars when he sold his house outside Edmonton in 2010. But the board gave him 15-thousand dollars in compensation because it said the housing market was not depressed.)
