B-C's children's representative has released a scathing report that accuses the province of indifference toward aboriginal youth. Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond says front-line workers ignored opportunities to help a 19-year-old girl named Paige, who died of a drug overdose in Vancouver in 2013.
