Manitoba RCMP are now treating the death of an 11-year-old girl on a northern reserve as a homicide. Teresa Robinson's remains were found on Monday on the Garden Hill First Nation, and residents believed she had been mauled by a bear. But RCMP spokeswoman Tara Seel says that it doesn't appear to be true. (Robinson is believed to have disappeared six days before her body was found, after leaving a birthday party.)
