Federal Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz says Canada won't hesitate to retaliate if the US doesn't repeal its country of origin labelling rules. The World Trade Organization ruled Monday that the American label requirements, known as COOL, violate America's trade obligations. (Ritz says Canada could seek billions of dollars in retaliatory tariffs if the law isn't changed.)
