Author Barry Cooper is usually pleased when a famous person reads his book. But the Canadian political scientist is far less gracious when asked about a well-known man who apparently owned his book, entitled, "New Political Religions, or an Analysis of Modern Terrorism." Cooper says -- quote -- "If I had a chance to kill him, I would've." As for what Osama bin Laden may have gleaned from his book, Cooper has one thought: (According to a newly declassified list from the US government, bin Laden had 39 English-language books in his Pakistani compound when he was killed -- including the one written by Cooper.)
