A man accused of having enough castor beans to produce a "substantial quantity" of the deadly toxin ricin (RYE'-sihn) signed a 12-month peace bond today in Charlottetown. Amir Raisolsadat (ray-SOHL'-sa-dat) was arrested in March after the Mounties applied for a peace bond under the Criminal Code. Defence lawyer Brandon Forbes said outside court that his client wants to put the case behind him. (The peace bond includes several conditions including a requirement that Raisolsadat remain in Prince Edward Island.)
