City staff have presented to Vancouver council several expert reports it commissioned on Kinder Morgan's proposed Trans Mountain pipeline expansion. Mayor Gregor Robertson says the evidence shows the expansion is a bad deal for Vancouver. (The city submitted the reports to the National Energy Board, which is currently considering Kinder Morgan's 5.4 billion dollar plan to expand its bitumen-carrying capacity from Alberta to B-C.)
