A ban on the sale of flavoured tobacco products goes into effect in Nova Scotia this Sunday. The measure includes a ban on menthol products. Provincial Health Minister Leo Glavine says he hopes to crack down on products that may appeal to young people. (New Brunswick is proposing similar bans on the sale of the products. The province's health minister introduced amendments to the Tobacco Sales Act that prohibit the sale of such goods as of January 1st, 2016.)
