A judge must now decide whether police overstepped their bounds in the case of a couple found guilty of planting pressure cooker bombs at the B-C legislature two years ago. The issue has always been part of the case, but Crown prosecutor Peter Eccles says it was never a question for the jury. (A jury late yesterday found John Nuttall and Amanda Korody both guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and possession of an explosive substance on behalf of a terrorist group.)
